NRI
has always offered document management
through our Drawing File Management System. Using this system
we stored drawings for active projects which required printing.
Today our document management system is electronic. Drawings
from active projects are scanned and stored in a digital format
for printing.
We have expanded
our document management services to include creating EDM systems
for our customers. That involves taking large quantities of
data that can include drawings, specifications, photographs,
files, word documents, and indexing and archiving this data
using Web-EDM, our Web based Electronic Document Management
System.
If your still storing old projects
offsite in transfiles in a warehouse, it's time to consider
EDM services. Your information is secure, portable, and accessible
at all times. You will no longer have to wait 24 hours to retrieve
an old project.
